Hey kids you can be the fiery dragon this holiday and scare the cold away! To practice this pose: sit in any of the seated position and take a deep breath. The next step is to breathe out the air through your nose or mouth loudly and with force pretending you are the dragon breathing out fire. Your tummy should be squeezed in while breathing out. Do it three times and stop and sit with your eyes closed. Practice this breath five times; take a break after each cycle of three breaths. Do you feel the dragon inside you?
Note for Parents:
This pose helps kids to calm down yet energize them. If they feel light headed it is because of increased intake of oxygen. This pose needs to be done on empty stomach and is very good for digestive system and constipation.
