Mommy and Me Yoga

Mommy and Me Yoga is back starting on Tuesdays 10 to 11 AM. The age range would be from toddler to four years or older if they’re home at that time. We would be practicing yoga poses with mommy and kids led by a yoga instructor who has experience of more than 500 hours of yoga. Why is Mommy and Me Yoga important? First of all, it’s a great time for you to interact with your child; secondly, it helps to de-stress, thirdly it helps bring the focus back to health and child together, fourthly it helps in spending time with your child.

With Mommy and Me Yoga you would learn a fun participatory way of living with your child’s health and wellness in mind. Studies have found that there are various health benefits that Yoga brings for kids. It helps kids calm down and have better sleep. Yoga brings mindfulness among kids early on in their lives. It is a very kinesthetic way of learning about the world around them with the person kids trusts the most – their moms!

Ans: No, the structure of the class will be simple to follow.

Ans: Certified (RYT, RCYT, CPR/ First Aid) with 500+ hours of experience with Adult and Kids Yoga, member of Yoga Alliance since 2010.
